I am sure I predicted the matchday, but all my predictions are gone now.
Solution
Predictions don't get lost at Kicktipp!
But it happens that a player forgets to predict, to save, misses an error message, predicts the wrong matchday, predicts in the wrong prediction community, uses another login etc.
We know this answer is not satisfying. As you are sure to have predicted. But computers don't do these kinds of mistakes.
